Refund Policy for Visa Refusal or Course Cancellation

In the event that a student’s visa application is refused or if the student decides to cancel their course and travel plans, no refunds will be provided for any payments already made. This policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted by the student at the time of registration.

The student acknowledges and agrees that:

• Visa Refusal: If the student's visa application is denied, the student is not entitled to a refund. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that all visa requirements are met, and any issues arising from the visa application process are the sole responsibility of the student.

• Course Cancellation: If the student decides to cancel their course and travel plans for any reason, the student will not receive a refund. The cancellation of the course and travel plans is considered a voluntary action taken by the student.

• Non-Transferable: The payments made are non-transferable to other courses or students.

• Legal Compliance: This refund policy complies with the applicable consumer protection and contract laws. The student has agreed to this policy as part of the enrollment process, and it is legally binding.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this refund policy will be resolved through arbitration or the courts, in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the terms and conditions._

Vize Reddi veya Kurs İptali Durumunda Para İade Politikası

Bir öğrencinin vize başvurusunun reddedilmesi veya öğrencinin kurs ve seyahat planlarını iptal etmesi durumunda, yapılan ödemelerin iadesi yapılmayacaktır. Bu politika, öğrencinin kayıt sırasında kabul ettiği şartlar ve koşullara uygun olarak uygulanmaktadır.

Öğrenci, bu politikayı kabul eder ve onaylar:

• Vize Reddi: Öğrencinin vize başvurusu reddedilirse, öğrenci para iadesine hak kazanmaz. Vize gerekliliklerinin karşılandığından emin olmak öğrencinin sorumluluğundadır ve vize başvurusu sürecinde ortaya çıkan sorunlar öğrencinin sorumluluğundadır.

• Kurs İptali: Öğrenci herhangi bir nedenle kursunu ve seyahat planlarını iptal etmeye karar verirse, öğrenci para iadesi almaz. Kursun ve seyahat planlarının iptali, öğrenci tarafından yapılan gönüllü bir eylem olarak kabul edilir.

• Devredilemez: Yapılan ödemeler, diğer kurslara veya öğrencilere devredilemez.

• Yasal Uyumluluk: Bu para iade politikası, geçerli tüketici koruma ve sözleşme yasalarına uygundur. Öğrenci, bu politikayı kayıt sürecinin bir parçası olarak kabul etmiştir ve bu politika yasal olarak bağlayıcıdır.

• Uyuşmazlık Çözümü: Bu para iade politikasından kaynaklanan herhangi bir uyuşmazlık, şartlar ve koşullarda belirtilen yargı yetkisine göre tahkim veya mahkemeler aracılığıyla çözülecektir.

 

Kursa kayıt olarak ve ilgili ücretleri ödeyerek, öğrenci bu para iade politikasını anladığını ve kabul ettiğini teyit eder
